Not a fan of the $50 cancellation fees needing to be paid before rescheduling your missed appointment. I work in the field and can understand fees for missed appointments but struggling to be okay with the lack of compromise. Might want to consider allowing your in-office staff to work through these fees with the patients. No one is getting any wealthier off these fees. You'll just end up losing valuable patients and leave one as upset as I am. Busy schedules and life happens!

Great office and doctor and PA/NP. Everyone is nice and friendly. The doctors actually listen and care about you. They take their time to make sure they are giving you the best care.

Like the doctor he didn't want to give me no medication first thing he wants to do is blood work and see what's wrong and then go off of that that's what I like about this doctor
