        Be aware that this loan office shamrock finance loans mails checks for miscellaneous amounts and if anyone signs it, and deposits into their account, which they can't disclosed or give me, your liable for a contract you never filled out or signed for. They already have your personal information that they get from transunion to fill out these contracts if you have good credit. I THINK THIS IS A unethical AND IRRESPOSIBLE WAY TO AQUIRE FUNDS FROM ANY LOAN COMPANY. I am on the works of making a police report with SAPD in regards to this fraudulent circumstance. I have also reported to transunion credit dept to flag two hard inquiries to my credit report which I never authorized. I understand this company has been in buisness since the 60s but they really need to reevaluate the way they handle their buisness so that hard working individuals do not have to go through all these leaps and hurdles to resolve.
