With the experience I have had with Phil I wouldnt even give one star. I contacted Phil about a property then he referred me to a loan officer. He explained that the manufactured home on the property needed to be moved. He was working with the mortgage company to get this moved. While in the process of obtaining the loan, myself and the loan officer contacted Phil several times to get the actual contract to finish the sale as Phil stated he wanted to close within 30 days! Phil would not respond to text, email or calls! I received a call from a family member that the manufactured home was being moved, which meant we are full speed ahead. I contacted the loan officer to let them know and also contacted Phil again, with no return call or communication. When I looked at the listing on 5/15 it was now showing the property was sold on 5/12. Thats bad business!!!! I wouldnt recommend this guy at all. If he had something else going on with the property he should have communicated that. Not responding at all shows character and I wouldnt do business with people like that EVER!!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I used Phil Essex's expertise in three real estate transactions so far. He's the only real estate agent I could find common language with and who fits my style of looking for homes. I highly recommend Essex Properties!
