PURCHASED 2 CEILING FANS 2023 AND THEY WERE NOT INSTALLED UNTIL 2024. ONE WAS MISSING LIGHT BULB (SOMETHING SPECIAL). I WAS WORRIED THAT I HAD WAITED TOO LONG TO GET HELP. LISA & VERONICA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET THE BULB FOR ME. HAD TO COME FROM MINKA AND THEY GOT IN LESS THAN A WEEK. YOU ARE A GREAT COMPANY AND YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT. I just cant say enough good things about Claudia at Lighting Inc.! She is knowledgeable, professional, and also makes the process of selecting lighting for our new home so much fun! She is quick to respond to my questions and always has wonderful ideas. Her taste in lighting is wonderful, and her relationship with her customers is amazing. Lighting, Inc is a beautiful store with so much to offer and the customer service to back it up!
