Mosaista lamp

One of the things I love about Mosaista is that they let you change out your lamps if you feel the need for a color change. We went today to change out a lamp and were shocked to see the store was gone. We called the listed number and it turns out they moved upstairs in the mall and are now by the food court. They were nice enough to let me inside even though they don't officially open the new space until 2/18/24. The new space looks great. Their customer service is still top notch. Thank you for my new blue lamp.

Its a beautiful place ! But Ive gone about 4 times and each time the employees follow your every step (literally) its a bit annoying. I feel like like I cant browse the store without being INTENSELY watched.

Beautiful place, many Turkish products, lamps, rugs, and so much more. Owner was very helpful. Beautiful lantern/lamps. Must see to believe

I had been wanting an authentic Turkish lamp for quite sometime, and we stopped into this store so we could support a small business. The sales woman approached us and stated there was a sale going on where if you buy one lamp you get one for free. I thought that sounded like a great deal, and the woman seemed friendly and honest, so I picked a lamp witn a price tag of $125, and a second one, because 2 for $125. We spent about 15-20 minutes looking before making our way to go pay, during this time the woman went over the globe exchange program,and went over selecting a base for our lamps. This woman said absolutely nothing about light bulbs. After we got to the register to pay, and AFTER the woman packed up the lamps did she say something about an additional $20 charge"special LED bulb you can get nowhere else" I tried to say something but this woman was giving me the ugliest glare, and I felt bad because she had already wrapped up the lamps, even though I should have not been feeling guilty for HER not being upfront and clear about the total cost. Very shady. Anyway,she did mention something about the bulbs being a "lifetime replacement" but that does not excuse her being a shady character.

These lamps are mesmerizing. Hand made lamps of excellent quality. Got a red lamp today, but this will not be my last. Just an amazing store and culture. Bought a few items today and gave us a great price for everything. I'll definitely be back.
