        I'm having issues with proper billing.   Hopefully resolved.   However, lab services are convenient, quick, efficient.   I don't expect warmth or critical people skills.  So efficiency is primary focus.   I would rate them higher if billing gets resolved.

        I was sent to collections on a bill that I never ever received and have been apart of this office for 5 years now. All the other quest locations I have been to they have sent me an emailed ebill and I paid no problem. But there was absolutely no attempt to contact me by email, mail or phone. I now have a bad mark on my credit on a bill I could have easily paid had someone called me like anyone else does from the office to make and confirm appointments. Absolutely ridiculous

        They stuck me three times and never got blood. My veins are not that bad, there was no problem the day before at my kidney doctor. I went back the next day at 4:40 PM and they had already closed at four. right here on Google maps It says they close at five. incompetent.
