Im not one to make a review unless its bad but I feel like this was needed to be heard. Ive been to Kendra Scott many times but no one has left an impression as much as a beautiful young lady named Rory. She helped my daughter and I pick out something for my mom in the color bar. She has a very charismatic personality and makes you feel so welcomed. I know we were very and indecisive but she never rushed us and was very patient. Thanks again!

I dont typically do reviews but Rory, a sales associate at the Kendra Scott at La Cantera location was the sweetest to my daughter while she was picking out a necklace for her school dance.
Rory was personable and made sure to connect with us as customers. Rory made us feel like we were close friends because of how genuine she is.
Rory helped my daughter pick out and customize her necklace at the color bar. Rory went the extra mile and helped my daughter color coordinate with her dress and accessories.
Thank you Rory for making our experience special.

Employees were rude and made the experience very uncomfortable. I walked into the practically empty store and was not acknowledged but was being stared down by the employees. I did not notice any other costumer being treated like this. I felt judged and was being watched even as I was paying. I will not be returning! Please be aware of profiling by employees before you go to Kendra Scott...

The staff at this location is hands down the rudest. The short Hispanic girl kept rolling her eyes at me when I would ask a question to the point. I just walked out. This isnt my first time experiencing this at the La cantera location. Also theyre always out of stock. I suggest going to another location if you want to be treated as a human. Im sure Ms. Kendra Scott wouldnt approve of her attitude or unnecessary eye rolls.
