Very poorly treated, was being given smugs the whole time by the person that helped me out. When I asked about specific ring model attendant was very uninterested and didnt seem like they wanted our business. We were ready to buy that ring but due to bad customer service left and bought a ring next door. Will not be going back here ever again.

Our experience with Janine R. was a delight! Me and my finance came in looking for our wedding bands and within thirty seconds we were: greeted, guided over to the wedding band area and trying on rings! Janine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with our questions and concerns. Even when I told her that an associate at Jared said I was a size 12, Janine knew right away that I was indeed an 11 and 1/2 and proceeded to show me with her sizing tool, WHEW. She also mentioned that there was an excellent wedding band deal for both of our rings. I am extremely happy because with both the rings AND the lifetime insurance included, we managed to spend the combined total of the original prices of the rings alone, talk about SAVINGS AND ASSURANCE. Thank you, Janine!
