0 out of 5 stars unfortunately. Waited 2 hours for dinner celebrating a family members birthday. Never got it. Everyone traveled from out of town to go experience this restaurant and enjoy the ambiance. We were abruptly informed by our waiter an hour and a half after placing our order that we simply would not be receiving our food because they no longer had any chefs available to cook. This left us driving around parts unknown randomly searching for another restaurant in efforts to salvage our loved ones bday dinner. Management never once came over nor did they respond to several messages/emails or offer any apology for our experience that night.

Update: The reinvented menu is seriously amazing. Exquisite pasta that would make any seafood lover happy as a clam. Brought guests from LA and seriously impressed them. Chef was so friendly and cordial. Also, I love how engaged and present the owner from Naples was- that's a nice touch to see how much passion went behind every little detail updating this place- this is a serious upgrade and my new favorite pasta place in town. Previously: Came here for restaurant week and my goodness you guys, this place is spectacular!! Phenomenal food and the vibe is so cool- reminds me of New York but in a good way. Food though is an exquisite example of Italian cooking. So happy because allora has become more generic Texan but this place stays true to Italy. Can't wait to come back!

Great restaurant! Cant wait to go again. DJ made great recommendations. The burrata was superb.

The restaurant itself is really nice. The food was okay (nothing extraordinary). The service was the worst part. Our waitress made us feel like we should know the answers to some of the questions we were asking regarding the menu. Like it was an inconvenience to provide more information about the dishes.
