Dough Pizzeria Napoletana

This place doesnt accommodate those with a gluten allergy. And treats employees like trash. If you come here understand that that they make 17$ for every pizza made and you pay a premium for a place that doesnt treat its employees with respect leading to bad service. This place isnt fine dining and if it pretends it does its all an imagine to make you pay for riverwalk prices when it isnt next to the rivewalk. See you in court Andrew.

The pizza dough was chewy on the inside, lots of toppings and they were very fresh. Service was good, the place was busy for dinner, but we walked in and got seated without any problems. We order the Americana pizza and the prosciutto crudo pizza, they were both great! The pizza came pretty fast also. Overall great pizzeria! Parking: Paid parking $4 an hour near the park about a block away

We are in San Antonio for our annual girls trip and were craving pizza. Stopped into dough and ordered a beer, a seasonal cocktail (the cucumber gin sour), a seasonal salad, a margherita pizza, and the tiramisu for dessert. Everything we had to eat or drink was phenomenal and the service was exceptional. Waitstaff answered all of our questions and made recommendations. The location itself is right next to a gorgeous park and the ambience is cozy and unique!

Wow. One of the best margarita pizzas I have ever had. Get the burrito sampler! It was amazing. Food was top notch and service was great. Highly recommend.
