I approached Leigh to help me stage a listing in Alamo Heights. The floorplan was a design challenge for arranging living and dining areas. Leigh and her partner quickly assessed the most appealing configuration which showed off the wonderful two-sided fireplace and the view to the backyard and pool. Leigh was great to work with. She staged a flip property which also included some odd areas that needed defining. It came out beautifully! Multiple offers same weekend we listed and sold it in 30 days. As a professional rehabber, I can't explain how important having your property staged can have on how fast you sell and how much money you get. Leigh & Patti were great to work with. They were punctual for staging and de-staging. They nailed the look and feel I wanted the house to have. Their staging was so well done that many visitors wanted to purchased pieces. The pieces they chose were not only visually inviting; they were comfortable (yes, visitors tried them out). My experience with LNS Interiors was so good I can't wait to use them again.
