We had multiple offers and sold within a week for well over asking price, and I fully believe the quality of the staging contributed to that outcome. Best investment you can ever make. Realtors, contractors, buyers, inspectors all gave me amazing feedback about the attention to detail Casey and her team had on my house. Both were a pleasure to work with and really treat the assignment as their own home. They came to the house with lots of ideas to use the space to really highlight features. My pictures came out so well and it just was not possible to do that on my own. Ive been inside houses without any staging and its hard to get an idea of where furniture can go or how big the room will be after a king sized bed is set up. CHS went over the top to add touches like pictures, accessories and just personal touches to really make it a home. I fully believe my house sold because of staging and I will for sure use them again. We used Custom Home Staging for a challenging home from a design standpoint. They came in and evaluated the space, designed a plan unique to our home, and then executed their plan. Their communication was excellent and the pay structure was beyond fair! I consistently heard from other real estate agents who showed the listing that the staging was beautiful.
