        They dont answer the phone and dont waste your time leaving a message because youre not getting a call back. I left Allstate for this very reason. I should gave rated the a one but Allstate took care of me.

        We have been trying for days now to talk to our agent. Left several messages and even made a reservation for an agent to call. Guess what, no call. We need to talk to our local agent not a customer service representative who can’t answer all of our questions.
