Tarla Bapodra: Allstate Insurance

So many bad things and experiences with this office. Dont know where to start! Every claim for my roof has been rejected, and yes I have some damage! I havent received my homeowners insurance declaration forms in years, I guess only my mortgage servicer is the only one receiving it. I was told the agents are semi retired, well good for them, but not for the clients! Some of the employees are arrogant and incompetent. One female seems to have two names, very confusing? I have not received any calls from the agent or anyone in this agency to talk about my claims and issues with my homeowners insurance. Playing phone tag is exhausting, I am super busy working, and cant seem to have them call me when I have free time. Adjuster from Allstate main office is rude and cares less what happens to the clients needs. So much more to my claims. Dont have the time to go into more detail. Im done with Allstate!

The complete staff at Tarla's agency is incredible with follow-up. As a native San Antonian they insure me on my homeowner policy. They are consistently trying to win my automobile business back. I highly recommend Tarla Bapodra Allstate insurance off wurzbach rd.

Ive had Allstate for several years now and as unfortunate as accidents are its been nice to have good insurance to help me during the awful experience.

Great customer service! Veronica & Tarla were so patient and efficient with our policies ! We didn't have to go on a search for a great deal ... they did it for us.
