Baskin-Robbins

Closed 15 minutes early. Employees just wanted to go home. Extremely bad service. Never going again. Employees are lazy and need to be fired for refusing a customer while the store should be open. If you are driving up to this baskin robins twenty minutes before closing, dont expect it to be open. Very bad service by the employees.

Customer service at this location is terrible. Walked in to get ice cream at 7:30 on a Saturday. Girl behind counter mumbles OMG and rolls her eyes because we had the audacity to come in 2.5 hours before close and want ice cream. The other staff member refused to open another container of the requested flavor, just because he did not want to. Place is filthy.

Every time I have gone to this location they mess my order up. I dont know how you mess ice cream up but it never fails. They dont have the same ice cream and toppings that a stand alone Baskin Robbins has either. I would not recommend if youre going for ice cream.

We waited for 15 minutes with no other cars in line and an empty lobby only to have two boys come on laughing ti try and take our order while joking around... Ten minutes of taking our order and it was still wrong and not even 2 icreams in. Ar 6:15 at night with 6 cars behind me, this was absurd. Ordering a dozen donuts and 6 ice creams, drove away in frustration after 25 minutes! That's just insane. These boys just kept laughing and repeating that there were only 2 of them working and askinh what else do we expect. Hoping to wrote this review and shed some light on whatever is going on inside that location.

Filthy work place. Workers shirts/uniforms are dirty, with stains. Workers touching their faces , mouth, nose. Workers use bare hands with no gloves on to scoop out the ice cream out of the tubs and their dirty palms end up contaminating the entire ice cream tub. Mixers and shakers all appear dirty and seem like they only get rinsed out with water after each use. Staff walking around with no masks on, no sense of urgency. Floors look filthy. Long wait period for an ice cream cone or 2-3 scoops of ice cream in a cup or a simple milkshake. No sense of direction. No idea who the manager is. Staff rarely interacts with customers and when they do its super awkward. Its a terrible experience. No one puts anything back in its place when putting orders together. Whip cream, milk, ice cream, tools, keys, broken waffle cones all sitting out all over the counters. I dont see this place lasting much longer. I worked in the food hospitality industry for a long time. This aint it. They are going to get someone seriously sick with how unsanitary things are. Ridiculous
