So I was supposed to have a surprise for my mom.When we went in the room it was disgusting there was a mystery dried up liquid on the ceiling and one of the towels were stained. Two chairs were stained all over the place. The dressers were messed up and missing drawers it smelt musky mildew the walls were dirty too no stars here not even one

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Econo Lodge Downtown South. From the moment we arrived, we encountered long hairs scattered throughout the room. Furthermore, the absence of a dustbin was inconvenient, and the condition of the washroom left much to be desired. However, the most alarming issue was the presence of bedbugs, which resulted in a night of discomfort and incessant itching, leaving unsightly marks on our forearms and necks that persisted throughout the following day. Overall, I cannot recommend this motel based on my experience. Additionally, it was concerning that the manager/owner was unresponsive and unwilling to address our concerns. Despite attempts to contact them by phone, we were unable to reach them, leaving us feeling neglected and unsupported during our stay.Furthermore, the lack of a complaint form added to our frustration. Without a formal means to document our grievances, we felt powerless to effectively communicate the issues we encountered during our stay at Econo Lodge Downtown South.

It was a quiet stay only they don't return your deposit they look through your trash I had a ciggarette box from the first day that I threw in the trash and I smoked the one cigarette I had outside and the white kkk lady that works there was rude and kept my deposit the housekeeper also white and rude was lazy did not give me towels or toilet paper or take my trash I was there 3 days I'm Latina area has more Latin people it's quiet but staff was rude except the Indian people that I guess own the place they were nothing but nice staff was trash ugly rude bad for buisness.

Worst experience ever!! Guess you get what you pay for here. Place said they had breakfast and that was a lie! Very disappointed
