        Checked in about 3pm. No hot water. 8pm no water at all. Called the front desk, they said they were working on the pipes and didn't know when the water would be back on. Didn't offer any comp, refund etc. There were a lot of problems with the room. A large gap in the door that you could see through to the outside, and spots flaking off the ceiling.

        I had to make a deposit of $50 and when I checked out, the man at the reception told me that in three to five business days they would make the disbursement and nothing. The most uncomfortable thing was that they did not check out with me to verify that I left everything as they gave it to me, so they can charge me money, just because... The guy at the reception was unprofessional and told me "leave the keys there above the reception and your money will be refunded in 3 to 5 days"... What a lie! I recommend you avoid this place.

        Do not stay in this hotel. We checked in, they gave us our room, after a couples of minutes being in the room, I started noticed small roaches coming in from the cabinet where the micorwave and refrigator is. At first I decided to kill them because I only saw a couple, but they kept coming (I even found one on the nightstand) I went to complaint and the person who was at the reception didnt even bother to act surprised, he told me they couldnt give another room because the hotel was full, that he couldnt do anything because the manager wasnt there at the moment, I asked him if at least had something to spray on (of course they didnt), he said Im sorry there is nothing I can do because the manager is not here. What kind of answer is that??? They cant do their job because the manager is not there??? Then he said he was going to talk with the manager when he came back to see what they can do ( that was nothing) The only reason why we stayed there is because it was really closed from the frost bank center and we went to San Antonio to a concert there,( and the price wasnt bad either)but is not worth it, next time I will rather spent money on a better and cleaner hotel. Disgusting

Please remember if there is a deposit that is charged to your card, the deposit will be refunded upon check out if everything is acceptable in the room, and may take up to 20 business days to be returned to your credit card. Give the refunded deposit time to show up in your account, and then if you still have questions regarding billing, you may want to call your bank, as they are the ones still holding it after you have checked out.
