Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio-Airport

The staff were wonderful, but this was not our typical Hampton Inn experience. We booked a room here on the Hilton app to have a quick trip for an early morning flight. Room was smaller than what we thought we were booking on the app. 2 queens was listed as sleeping 5. There were no other options for us. No rollaway, no room with a sleeper sofa. Our floor smelled like a musty basement. Room was dirty. Dust/dirt on carpets at baseboards, black stains in toilet and pink mold on the shower head. Had we needed more than a crash pad for a few hours, there is no way we would have stayed. We appreciated the airport shuttle service and again, the front desk staff were phenomenal. Hilton definitely needs to refresh this property. Walkability: Not really a walkable area. Close to freeways and airport.

Not the best Hampton inn I've stayed in. TV was all messed up, couldn't find the main network channels. Front desk wasn't helpful.

Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good

Comfortable stay for a weekend. Shuttle grabbed me from the airport and I was able to check in early before exploring the city. No complaints!
