Family-friendly and sensational place to stay with the family. Next to the river walk and close to lamo and other tourist attractions. Enjoy a pleasant walk to the River Center. The apartments are spacious, modern and have a full kitchen for those who want a healthier lunch, instead of having lunch in restaurants which during these hours do not offer a healthy meal option. The apartment we stayed in didn't have a view, but the location makes up for it. The bed linen and towels are clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The receptionists are super polite and always helpful. We will stay there again. Rooms: Spacious, modern and decorated. Safety: Access to the building only with the electronic tag. Walkability: Walk the river walk, Alamo, to the River center, and other points. Food & drinks: Cook in your own apartment during the day and go to restaurants at night for dinner.

The place is centrally located and the condos (we stayed in a two bedroom) are spacious. The decor is appealing. However they would need to replace the windows and insulate the place from the street noise. The music and noise from the bars below and the street is just unbearable. Even with earplugs we still heard music and people talking at the bars located just underneath the Maverick.

The room was like a cute studio apt. It's right by the river walk, and within walking distance to the Alamo and the Towers of the Americas. A short drive to the zoo and caves with no name(so cool!). We only had a little problem when they told us we could get into our room at 3, but we couldn't get in until 4:30. Parking is also a pain! We parked a block away for only $10 every 24 hrs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and it's a great place to stay!

We had a great experience, great location right next to the river board walk and close to the Alamo. We got the 2 rooms condo and it was Amazing, the bedrooms were clean, a full kitchen and table for 6 with a large living room. It was perfect for 2 couples, the service was great and you need a key or code to enter the building.We are definitely staying again. The only problem is that they dont have parking, you will have to pay for a public parking. Walkability: Alamo is close, the mall, restaurants and the river Food & drinks: Restaurants are very close
