        I had the worst experience at this location. There was blood on the sheets and didn't get them changed until they were able to "get to it". I also was told manager would call me about a situation where the cook during breakfast shoved my child out of the way. They are struggling keeping staff and would NOT recommend.

        The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Service was great. Everybody very friendly. The only thing I was kinda not agreeable about was the breakfast. Eggs were yucky,maybe powdered eggs. Not great. Sausage was not cooked all the way . Couldn't get to the waffles too many people were in line for that. There was no biscuits,bread for toast, no more milk for cereals. No bagels. Maybe we just got their too late. 7:30. But oh well we got what we could and it did the job so yeah. It was free meal. Rooms: Just comfortable and clean and very nice. Safety: Very safe.

      Ms. Ragland, We take bed bug complaints very seriously. I don't have you in the system as a guest so maybe you have confused us with a different property. However, our protocol is monthly inspections of our rooms, and our housekeeping staff are trained to recognize signs as well. Upon a guest complaint, we have a professional exterminator inspect the room and treat if necessary.
