Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest Medical Center

First time staying at a Drury hotel and really enjoyed the free amenities, breakfast and dinner for family of 5. Indoor pool was nice in early Spring. Drury Inn and suites will definitely be a good choice during my next family vacations.

The hotel is a great value. They have gated parking, offer free breakfast and dinner with three drinks. We didnt attend so I cannot comment on that; there are many fantastic restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the noise from the freeway.

Clean rooms, and good breakfast and dinner definitely be staying here again

DO NOT STAY! Bed Bugs or roaches? First of all we did not asked to be comped or special treatment . My daughter and I booked on last minute notice . We left at 4am after bugs were crawling all over us and the room. We told the guy at the front desk about it and he said that he would pass it on. He never did . I left a message with the general manager . She didnt return my call, and finally Priscilla returned a call to tell me that they found nothing in the room. Well, I wouldnt call these pictures nothing . We only wanted to alert them, which we did quietly. But since they told us it was our imagination or reaction to the soap in the bathroom I thought I would show everyone exactly what we photographed ( they probably will erase them or remove them) . Drury is wonderful hotel chain , but this location needs to learn to be transparent and cleaner. Rooms: Dont stay
