Dirty carpet , when someone showers or washes hand you can hear through the walls , dusty 80 vibes decor in rooms

Rooms: Not clean!! There was actual trash on the floor in our room. Plastic fork under the edge of the bed, a coffee cup between the head of the bed and the nightstand, and so much randomly that is easily picked up by a vacuum. The bedding was clean and there were no bugs. Food & drinks: The breakfast wasn't bad at all. It was the standard complimentary breakfast that we get at a lot of hotels. The area where the food was kept was clean. No issues with that at all. Noteworthy details: The floors were sticky and the areas around and near the elevators were dirty but vacuumable dirt. There were a lot of kids there for a school trip, they were kind and well mannered. I watched them clean their own messes. The mess was unacceptable. The vending machine for the laundry detergent didn't dispense, but did take my money. It was resolved after the 3rd time. Just a pain in the butt. I washed the clothes in our sink because the cost on the washer wasn't accurate and I didn't want to lose anymore money. My teens were not at all impressed with the Internet service or any form of technology. Over the air TV with no streaming. Was unable to cast to the TV from our phones.
