Overall horrible experience. Do not book, unless it's your last resort. Even then, I would recommend sleeping in your car, and buying a day pass at a local gym to shower in the morning.

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK.
We arrived and checked into room 412: live BEDBUGS. We got offered a 2nd room 504: BEDBUG stains. Got offered a replacement room 400: there were insect/larvae shells and dirt/ debris in the mattress. All rooms had stains/tears on the bedding.
IT GETS WORSE:
We did NOT want to stay.
I paid a $100 deposit in good faith upon checking in, because the front desk had NO change.
THE CASH DEPOSIT WAS NOT GOING TO BE REFUNDED BY FRONT DESK. INSTEAD, I was asked to Pay an ADDITIONAL $100 to get my cash deposit back.
Why? Because of a "policy" that's in place. NOTE: we merely went into the rooms checked them and did NOT stay.
A random guy (Middle Eastern or Hispanic) who had been loitering in the lobby since we checked in along with the night shift front desk person LIED and said the front desk didn't have access because "management had the safe/drop box key." THEY SAID IT WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE.
A blonde lady came in asking for a replacement key card. Tuned in to the conversation and it turned out that she "worked" there as well. She walked the last room we checked and told the front desk person the room was good.
Without opening any kind of safe/deposit box, I got the EXACT same $100 bill back.
To state that I would have preferred to drive back to Houston at midnight after a long day than to stay there would be an understatement.
ROOMS: 0/5
FRONT DESK SERVICE: 2/5
The front desk girl was amicable and understood the circumstances.
Location: Indifferent. The area is supposed to be nice, and there is an HEB within a 3-minute drive.
I will add images and videos from the rooms in the morning.

Trying to withhold our $40 deposit because our room "smells like dog".
I own a service animal and she was in her crate all night as we got there at 2 am.
Don't stay here as they will try to scam you out of your deposit and is willing to break federal law.

I Hardly Ever leave reviews but I just had to cause I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! After checking into the hotel within the first 15 minutes of getting situated into our room weve noticed roaches, a hole in the wall where the shower head is, and the room had smelled as well as the bed linen. 3 hours after the 11 am check out for staying 1 night my husband noticed they tried to charge us the $60 deposit, as well as an unexpected $25. My husband immediately called to ask what the charge was for, the receptionist answered rudely and said we damaged the hand towel with buffalo sauce. She said the stain would be hard to get out. (We did not eat in the room, especially due to the fact of how gross the hotel room was, there was no way we were eating there.) We told her we did not eat in the room and to check the cameras confirming we did not have any food, she said the cameras had no purpose. She hung up on us. We tried calling back and we werent getting any answer, so we decided to drive back over there to get the issue resolved since we were still in San Antonio. My husband and I got to the hotel, he was speaking calmly and respectfully. He asked to see the hand towel or see proof of what was damaged and she said she will call us back after her housekeeper gets done cleaning all the rooms. We asked to speak to the general manager of the hotel, because we wanted to resolve the issue since we were leaving back home and the receptionist was not helping us, she was just being rude, did not let us speak and was just being unprofessional. She proceeded to give us a business card with the hotels number. (The original number we were calling back when nobody was answering). My husband had asked who the person of contact was for the number on the card and she said the hotel we werent getting anywhere with her. So we left. Disputed the charges, and hoped for the best. 30 minutes later, another lady called us and kept apologizing to us as the room they were charging us for was not our room. We were refunded the $85, but the fact was they started charging us before even talking to us, and kept accusing us of damaging their hand towel when it wasnt us.
