Best Western near Lackland AFB/SeaWorld

No frills but very clean inside and out. Breakfast with something for everyone. Walking distance to one restaurant and a really nice thrift store

I have to preface this review by stating that when I booked this hotel, I thought I was booking the Best Western on 1604 as they both have similar names. Oh, how I regret not checking the address. The room was filthy(pics included). Holes in the ceiling, holes in the wall, how do you even get pubic hair so far up on the walls. It was a non-smoking room, so why was there a cigarette burn in the drapes. The bathroom had mildew on sills and base boards, and something splattered on the walls. The inside of the door had something splashed all over it. The lamp shade was filthy. The beds were thin and uncomfortable. And they had the smallest pillows I have ever seen in a hotel. The air conditioner was a window unit cut into the wall. This was by far the worst Best Western I've ever stayed at. I 100% do not recommend staying here. You would expect a much nicer place for the money they charge. Beware, this is a Best Western in name only. To top it all off, the hot breakfast was disgusting. Soggy powdered eggs, under cooked sausage, and dry potatoes. The "orange juice " was orange flavored water. The only good thing I can say is the coffee was good and there were no roaches.
