Star Inn Hotel Sea World

What awful it is! No HOT water! We wish we just left but it was too late to check in or that other hotels are full...(I guess it was because of ellipse weekend). No free channels on TV. REQUIRE cash for deposit. Alot of sketchy people walking around. Don't feel comfortable especially when we were with children. NEVER GO AGAIN.

Terrible motel, DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff is incredibly rude, and highly unprofessional, do not even know how to do their job or perform basic hotel procedures. Asked politely to speak to a manager about an issue, employee refused (even though manager could be heard whispering in the background), also would not even provide name of manager, do not think the manager even speaks English. They literally hung up on us while trying to remedy issue, even though we never even raised our voice or spoke impolitely. Not to mention, rooms are ridiculously outdated, dirty, smelly, noisy, and run down. And not safe either, a lot of sketchy looking people every where at all hours of the day and night, and no chain lock (or similar variety) on the door. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. Edited to add: the reservation was under my partners name, not that it matters. The apology listed here is fake and for show. If anything were to really be done to remedy the situation, then the front desk agent and the manager hiding in the background of the phone call would not have hung up on us in the first place for simply requesting help with something that was completely within their power to assist with, just because they didnt know what to do and would rather raise their voice (which we never did), cut us off whenever we spoke, and end the call on us prematurely. My whole family has worked in hotels for years, and could never imagine handling a situation with a guest like this so poorly.
