Comfort Suites San Antonio Airport North

This place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at being a comfort suite it was dirty and there was roaches in our bed and our heater and ac didn't work they brought us a portable one instead of moving us rooms there excuses were they had no more rooms another family complained that in there room there was throw up Rooms: Nasty and dirty staff rude and un friendly

The bed was the only comfortable thing here. The sheets and covers were stained of what appeared to be a constant pattern of blood splatter. Thank God we travel with additional items to cover mistakes from a hotel. The room we were provided was 3rd floor which reeked of Mary Jane. To each its own but, when you walk in your room and it says no smoking and the detectors have been removed its shady. The curtains and floors had stains as well as the outer covers of blood spatter. We had to call and ask if someone was murdered in the room. no joke.The bathroom was dingy, towels as well. Cheap was an absolute nightmare. The breakfast was literally the best provided service. Not stellar but definitely great quality for frozen food.
