Went in a total of 3 times within about a month due to fainting/palpitations, high BP, weakness, extreme kidney/flank pain. They brushed me off telling me it was a mild UTI every time. I know what a UTI feels like and i felt like i wasnt going to wake up every night i went to sleep. I was scared for my life. Of course, i had a male dr every time I went in which is fine until they told me i had a UTI and did nothing further for me. . One even rudely told me to let him to his job when I asked if I would recieve blood wrk this time. Advocate for your care here because they will treat you like you are wasting their precious time.

We want to say a very big thank you to the staff on duty last Monday, the Monday after Thanksgiving, as the ER was very busy. We were seen promptly and all the staff from triage nurse to FNP Carmen Chairez, Shaun my dedicated nurse and tech Robbie, as well as the radiology tech, and everyone we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. We want to give 10 plus stars to FNP Carmen Chairez, she was professional, answered all our questions thoroughly, was reassuring, and we did not feel rushed even though they were so busy. The facility is clean. Thank you! To the administration: a larger waiting area with more chairs are needed, thank you.

The ER doctors do not listen and make assumptions based on their own biases. I would put more trust in a curandera than the doctors at this location. Please note that this is a review for this location only. I have had good experiences elsewhere.
