Our experience with Girling Personal Care of San Antonio has been exceptional. The initial meeting with Ceci was informative, professional and easily helped us make an on-the-spot decision. Based upon our situation, The caregiver she recommended is a Godsend. Rhonda is fantastic!!! She does a tremendous job to include a personal aspect that has added life to our Seniors years. We wholeheartedly recommend Girling for your home care needs.

I THINK CICI IS A GREAT WORKER! SHE IS PATIENT, ALWAYS CHEERFUL, AND FULL.OF SPUNK. I.AM SO GLAD THAT I AM WORKING WITH HER! MAY GOD BLESS HER AND MAY SHE ALWAYS KEEP UP. THE GOOD WORK!

2024 update: Nothing has changed and they are even worse than 2 years ago. Definitely do your research look into other companies. 2022- From a nursing prospective, terrible and unprofessional company who refuses to give any type of paperwork when requested. They belittle anyone when you do reach someone by phone. If I could, I would give the entire organization a - . Unfortunately I had to select 1 to write this. Everything you had read on this forum is true. Do not be fooled by the dates posted. The 2 or 3 year gap of past comments still have the same issues going on today. The only time this organization showed any concerned was through their generic text messages sent for COVID precautions. That is about it. Do yourself a favor and research any other company before even considering this company. I assure you, your county jail probably has more up to date paperwork with satisfied employees and inmates then this shame of a location. Anything marked higher then 2 stars is probably upper management trying to buffer out these comments and raise their score. You have been warned. 9/25/22-update Extremely rude and unorganized. Imagine repeating yourself to 5 different employees including management supposedly to have some else call a week later. No matter how much you give them updated information, the next caller will ask you for the SAME information. I am convinced this is a cleaning company who disguises themselves as a home agency. Again do not be fooled. Any rating higher than 1 star is a worker from Girling. There is no way anyone would be satisfied with them. Hopefully a better and more organized company will come along soon. If you have any friends or family members with this company, RUN!!! Take your business anywhere else. The only thing this company is consistent at is BAD reviews
