Letty is a rude condescending not and I can say more will sit there and argue when your trying to set up appointment just unprofessional.I don't understand why they have her there no wonder many don't stay at this place so sad that they have such trash working and refuse to hire someone classy

My mom just received a letter about finding another provider which for her is a very good thing. They never return calls and when she does call the lady on the phone is extremely rude and puts her on hold for over an hour just to come back and call her a different name then she has to explain herself all over again. This place needs to be shut down .

Ok why one Star , Main Corporate in a letter holiday times , notifys u your loved one has to get another provider for they no longer will provide services for her , not enough warning mailed out 5th Dec u get Dec 22 c'mon now , then doctor leaves patient with no refills then u call main doctor local office they have no knowledge of letter , not on the same page , I find that Neglect not careing for patient period just letting go of patient with no concern for them , things like this require longer warning time-frames to assure the patient moving forward , now while they shut down on Christmas n New years , whike all they care about is their partying while patient was left behind , SO NOT RIGHT , DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!!

While living in Coppell, TX, my mom received WONDERFUL care from VPA. That company is now known as Harmony Cares and the care is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. No call backs, no medication refills, a complete lack of professionalism! I've decided to report them to both Medicare and the Texas Medical Board. I'll be including the other reviews on this site as well, if allowed to do so. PLEASE, believe the 1star reviews and steer as far away from this place as possible. There are other Home Care Physician agencies in the San Antonio area. Also, please report this company to the Texas Medical Board and to Medicare if you're having issues regarding your care. Medicare reps can also help you find another home health group. Just thought of something; there was a very helpful guy by the name of Marshall working there who helped me get a prescription refill called in when the NP was refusing to agree to it. Guess what? Marshall is no longer working with the the company and has been replaced by people who do not respond to voice mail messages.

I have not read any of the other reviews, however I can attest to the fact that they have been very good to me and taken care of everything I've requested. And the fact that doctor P, here in San Antonio Texas, This is me at home and if I prefer a telemed call She will do that or one of the other doctors in her office will take care of it. I requested a telemed call one time And the doctor that was in the office sent me a text to do a telephone call in about 30 minutes to that service I think.
