ComForCare Home Care (San Antonio, TX)

I highly commend ComForCare for the wonderful service they provided for me and my family over many months. We faced a couple of most difficult situations right in the middle of the pandemic and this company came to our help with the most caring and professional individuals in the field. My post surgical care, provided not only by caregivers but the company nurse, was absolutely stupendous. I requested help from them with hardly any notice and they provided highly qualified attention to my needs in addition to wonderful and cheerful company. It was also in the middle of the pandemic that they assisted us with caregivers for my father. Stepping into a difficult process for dad, my fathers companions and caregivers provided him with professional, knowledgeable and unselfish care (backed by years of experience and amazing coordinators) which gave us enormous confidence. We will be forever grateful to ComForCare for all they have done for us.

This is the only care provider in SA that I have called who will not give information about their pricing without a telephone intake. If you are just trying to get cost information, please note that they will not give you that information.

I was an employee of this company but the owner Carlos is so mean, dont know how to talk to his employees, he discriminate against his black workers he tries to do it secretly hiding under him they tails of him trying to protect his company which is a black lie because I have another black employees who can testify to his discriminating act. One day I work the whole night and they other employees that was supposed to relieve me never show up and when I called Carlos he gave an excuse for her and that very day I miss school because of her not showing up to work but because she is Spanish he never fired her he was the one that gave excuse for her. On the 17 May because I didnt show up to work because of somethings I cant humanly control I was fired and thats was my first offense and even when I apologized to him he went ahead to say nasty stuff to me which he wasnt supposed to say I have record of it. Mr. Johnny is a very nice and cool guy but Carlos just thinks that hes better than his black workers.
