Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health

Went in today for orientation and everybody there is super friendly and you can tell its a very friendly environment. Made me feel welcomed as soon as I entered their office. Super excited to come on board and being an Angel of Care.

I've met with Patrick several times and he is amazing. Always has an answere to my questions. He is very informative and polite.

Horrible experience they make me wait for 4 weeks just for them to tell me that they dont have therapists available. I spoke with Bobby Thompson, Sheila Bartolomei, Maria Hernndez and Suzeth i call every week to check the status, just a waiste of time.

Terrible company. I had one nurse that was caught physically abusing my son at his school and was told to leave immediately. I had 2 that were habitually late, that were never reprimanded. The office/ after hours does not call you when a nurse calls off. The director of nursing did nothing to stop her nurses from claiming time NOT worked. They have all of the bad and none of the good

Do not wish to give stars at all. I have been trying to get services through this company since about October last year and still nothing. I have spoken to at least 8-9 people each phone call for ST which did not end up being approved after being reassured it would. Every phone call was basically someone telling me they were now handling my child's case but nothing was ever documented on what was talked about given they all told me the same exact things each time. Come to now with trying for OT with them, yes I gave it another try, that is still a nightmare. He was eval'd a month ago and paperwork was to be sent to my DR office to sign off and get it sent to his insurance - get a call today to check on that and guess what- nothing was received by the DR office. Mind you for OT I have spoken to 4 different people now. Out of all these people Yanam was honestly the most help I have been given and that is she only did the eval for OT but yet understood exactly what my son needed. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone and if you have had better success than I have consider yourself lucky.
