Pat, Wendy, & their team are the BEST! I had a friend in need of their services and they were timely, attentive, and incredibly caring. They went above and beyond to make sure the best care was provided. They have a heart to care for those in need and it shines through everything they do! ABC was a tremendous help when my dad required additional care beyond Assisted Living. Wendy came out within minutes to assess my dads needs. The ABC caregivers went above and beyond, including staying with my dad when he had to be hospitalized. Ive referred ABC to several families, all of which have shared our positive experience. Thank you, Pat and Wendy, for providing a service that makes a difficult time in the life of our loved ones so much easier to accept. Keep up the good work! Forever grateful!

The scheduler Samantha is the worst. She plays with the schedule that includes changes without proper communication. Scheduled my relief to show up 30 mins after my scheduled out time. I was late for a important meeting. The next day scheduled my relief to come in an hour before my clock out time so I lost time and money. Never called me about her changes. Within 2 weeks my schedule went from 8p-8a to 8p-8:830am to 8pm -7am, and finally 10p-7am. When asked why all the changes, she responds "the office is just making changes" vague and unprofessional. Then the owner tells me because the "HIPPA LAW" is why they didnt tell me why my schedule been changed. Its crazy. They also have the punch in/out clock rigged. A 15 min grace period. I reported this to the office twice. My first and last week working for them. If your relief comes late for their shift but punches in before 15 pass the hour, it shows they came on time. And you dont get clocked for staying pass your scheduled time. I've waited for late relief and clocked out at 8:08, 8:12, 8:13, 8:15a and never got paid for the extra time. My punch out time would show 8am. The few times I had to wait after 15 minutes pass schedule time I got paid for the time. It's weird and unethical. They have excuses for everything wrong at this place. Beware!
