I was really impressed with a great customer service that this plumbing supply house has along with How clean and organized this store is. I dealt with Todd twice before and each time He has been so patient and has helped me Get the items needed for the jobs at hand. As a small business owner, I really appreciate the customer service of the patience and the professionalism Todd has displayed not to mention his knowledge the knowledge he has, and how honest he is, has me blown away. You hardly see, or run into individuals like Todd anymore it is great to see that there are people still around that are willing to help and go above and beyond. Just wanted to take A little time from my busy day to give him kudos along with Moore SUPPLY, I will be continuing to do business with This store for years to come

I can't say enough about the customer service at this place. Moore's was the 5th supply store I walked into that day for help. I needed a replacement faucet spout for my coffee trailer asap. Every other place took one look at the imported part I needed to replace and sent me somewhere else. The guys at Moore actually took a close look at the part and compared it to spouts they had in stock and found a comparable size. It worked!!! Thank you for helping this girl out. I appreciate it so much.
