Ordered a Sub Zero refrigerator column and freezer column by phone from George in San Antonio store. George was great, his knowledge of the product and the accessories needed for a built-in install were spot on. Product was received several months early and the install was complete in one afternoon, including installing the wooden door panels. We are thrilled with Expressions product knowledge and install service, totally different from our past experience with Ferg@s$n!

I wish I could leave a review Id zero stars. We spent a premium for what we thought would be premium service. After requiring payment up front, along with a hefty installation fee, the appliances were dumped in the middle of our kitchen, none of our old appliances were removed, and now no one will return our calls. Save yourself a lot of money and hassle and go to another store for your appliances and home needs

It took over 6 months to get a replacement, but Expressions pulled through and corrected the issue. The tables had turned when it was the manufacturer that was ripping us off. Don't buy a Bertazzoni appliance: they have a weird policy and process for replacing faulty systems... makes you feel like they are giving you the run around. My point is that my frustration was more so with Bertazzoni than Expressions. Expressions got us a replacement appliance when Bertazzoni was refusing to replace it.

Great showroom. If you tell them you are just looking they will leave you alone to. Such a relief! Then when you're ready to answer questions someone will happily answer, work up a price, and let you know when the product will be available. Will be ordering from these guys when we make a decision.
