I have been trying to get ahold of someone since 2021 when they did my countertops and left circular patterns on the island. No response at all. I emailed the photos again and they were sent back as not able to be delivered. But that had no problem emailing me for a full payment before I had even seen this.

Hello, My sink fell in in a home you installed in 2019 November. The sink was only glued and no clamps to secure it. I called the San Antonio Office numerous time no call back. I called the FlowerMound store and they called and emailed back with directions from the SA staff. But never a call back from SA store. I was told that they don't have the manpower. So go find a handyman to fix it. So disappointed in the customer service.

What does one have to do to get someone to pick up the phone or reply to an email? The most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. Did I mention we paid for our counter top in November and still do not have it? Avoid this place at all costs.

I would like to begin this with the fact that I have worked in construction for many years. Quite a few of them as a Project Manager for a large local GC. If one of my subcontractors handled business this way, they would not be on my bid list the next project. This counter top is for a double sink vanity. It is a two man 30 minute install, including carrying the 20" x 60" slab up stairs... That being said, I selected a remnant piece online that was in Empire's stock yard. After paying in full for the counter top and the labor. We scheduled for install on Monday (5/25/2020). Sales mistakenly set this for Memorial day and asked that we move it to Tuesday 8 am-12 window. I agreed. Tuesday at 11:30 am I received a call that the installer was behind and couldn't arrive till 2:00 pm. So I pushed my schedule for the day back further. At 1:30 pm I received a text message from the installer that he wouldn't make it there till 4:00 pm. However he would prefer to be there at 8:00 am the following day. After some back and forth I agreed that if he could be there at 8:00 am sharp I could do it. Wednesday morning at 7:10 I received a call that the installer was outside of my house ready to install. I told him I was not home and had to move my morning to 6:30 am to work around his already late schedule. He informed me that he had a "busy day and needed to install". I told him to have his dispatch call me but I can't base my life around when he feels like showing up to do work I have already paid for. At 8:00 am today I was sitting in my front yard waiting for an answer from dispatch. At which point I was told, "I have you on the schedule for tomorrow (Thursday) 8-12." After back and forth, the scheduler expressed frustration for the situation and felt my sentiment. However, I am still on standby for 3 days pushing my plumber and the use of my bathroom further and further back.
