The folks at Delta are top notch. Amazing selection of solid surface product and outstanding service. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We just built a home, builder had us use Delta Granite. Several selections were done under inside fluorescent light, and once it met sunlight shades and hues changed so did not match and we had to change out approx thousands of dollars of countertops due to color. In part thats on me, I should have though enough to take it to the sunlight. However, delta would not haul away their old granite (their policy, they do state it), which despite knowing still find quite annoying as its not easy to get rid of. However, after living here for a few months what has become clear is quality of cuts are simply bad. On the stove, left side is flawless and lined up perfect. Right side is gapped, actually looks worse in person than on picture. Cuts on outdoor kitchen are off so that grill does not seat in properly, and ledge for the ceramic cooker has 1/2 gap in the back. Kitchen sink cutout of wavy, not a clean cut. Overall the 2 stars reflects that quality of craftsmanship. Ive since paid over $10,000 to another company who did get it right and they didnt put blame on appliance installers, builder crews, etc. They just took their time and measured, cut it right. Bottom line, they are OK and will get the job done but they do not have attention to detail and customer service / attitude is just Ok. (Eg, asked them to re-purpose the granite that I had left over from the color change to use in my closets, the answer was no you can order new granite here but we wont collect and recut because the job is too small for us). I have fixed everything now and probably only retained about 50% of what they had first installed. I would absolutely not use them again, and if anyone does they should pay VERY close attention to the install jobs and inspect each of the seams before signing off dont notice it like I did when good starts falling into a void.
