They never answer the phone and will hang up on you if theyre too busy., you can go days trying to call there slab department, nobody will answer, !!

Poor customer service. Went in a few days ago and guy in the back tells me to hurry with my selection because they leave at 430 pm

This has been the worst experience on getting a refund on a return. I paid cash and apparently they can't refund me cash but ask me to wait for ACH payment. Why is this, I have no clue. Never ever heard of a business that can not refund you cash when payed cash. It's been since the 26th of October and still waiting. They definitely need a better system. I know as a contractor that if I would pull this with a customer it would not end well, they would probably file theft of service and wondering if I should do the same since the only person that can help with this is not doing much or can't go to a higher manager to get this handled accordingly. Now they ask me to wait until November 8th to see if it hits my bank account. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! UPDATE NOW, Mona has called me back today to advise me that she entered the wrong bank account number so funds were not issued. Now she wants me to wait another week for funds I'm guessing. Who knows the excuse at that point a week from now. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE UPDATE: I did reach out to that site provided but nobody knew what I was referring to. So it's November 9th and daltile still has yet to refund my cash. Don't know how businesses like this get away with this kind of stuff. I believe this is theft of service at this point.

Good showroom. Great showroom help. Very good counter help. Christina helped me match up some grout to customer satisfaction. Very appreciative. Seem to always have adequate stocks and the showroom is very organized.
