Very professional, and great customer service. They did a great job changing out an old sink, cutting a new hole in our countertop, and even fixed some items that the original installer had done sloppily.

AMBER WAS PHENOMENAL TO WORK WITH!!! I truly appreciate the way she conducted business with me. She is kind, professional and really will find out the answer to your questions and call you back. I had a potential small job, just cutting a larger hole for a sink, and she never treated me like my ticket was any less important than the big tickets that I'm sure they have. I wish everyone was as nice and helpful as her.

They installed the countertops at my house and there are scuffs left on it by the builder they work with. They are refusing to fix or even talk to us due to the builder Ashton Woods telling them not to. They literally said the builder Ashton Woods told them they were not allowed to talk to us or help us!!

True blue is the company Dr. Horton uses for there granite for there houses. And my granite in my house was broken. When I called Lani she questioned me like i broke the granite. The house i bought is a brand new house. Obviously there people who installed it broke it. When she sent someone to come check it the guy said it was broken. Never did i hear back from Lani and ive called multiple times.
