They are making money thanks to you and the other restaurants that use them. But your name and reputation are the ones suffering from their horrible service.
This is the only chick fil a that does not offer their own delivery. I am tired of dealing with Door Dash, their service is horrible, they never deliver on time, they don't follow directions, their drivers are not english speaking, so they don't understand or read instructions. Very frustrating

nor curbside available
and when I got them... the large fries weren't full. Had to go twice through the drive thru. and they forgot my dressing as well. They split my meal, instead of putting fries, drink and sandwich together. And this has happened twice already.
