Sonic Drive-In

First time at this location and last. I ordered a cheeseburger and two corn dogs. Corn dogs were raw on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Hamburger had too much mayonnaise and limp lettuce and tomato.

Manger was pretty cool . Apologize a thousand times because they had to reboot the their system. Completely understandable didn't mind waiting. Cashier was also nice . We would have waited . Manger sends Cashier with our food and says no charge for the long wait. Thank you for being patient with us . Hope for the best because customer service was at its best.

Let me start by saying I think this sonic has the most laziest workers ever, it seems like theyre always out of stuff, theyre never busy which makes no sense. And the workers are super rude, after I ordered a lady made a comment thinking the mic was off Im assuming.. if I can give them zero stars I would.

Just sat in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes. Then tried calling phone off the hook cause of busy signal. Never again this location is the worst, service kept getting slower and slower till today it has completely stopped. It is beyond me that this location stays afloat. LAST TIME I EVER STOP THERE!!!!

Ive lived in the area for quite some time now and this particular Sonic has not had decent service since Ive been here. The drive thru attendant always takes way too long to take an order. They dont answer the stalls within a decent time either. Dont recommend placing online orders. They are never ready when you arrive. The patties were a bit *strange to say the least. Only positive note is the drinks.
