        After driving over to pick up an online order Im being told that I have to wait until 2 pm because they closed to conduct inventory. Not sure why inventory is being conducted on a weekend especially in a mall. They manager comes to the door and annoyed points to the sign. Well who should be annoyed the customer that drove 20 minutes that now has to wait an hour or manager who decided to conduct inventory on a weekend in a store mall. Whatever happened to common sense?

        If your black they won't greet you when you walk in the store! It 3 workers in the nobody said anything. The very heavy set lady will walk around you as if you was stealing. This by far have been the worst experience I have had at any torrid In the last 3 months I have visited at least all the torrid store in San Antonio. Worst store ever!!!
