Very very rude workers. When we wanted to return some shoes they didnt wanna help us just because we didnt have the receipt. So for whoever wants to return something, make sure to have a receipt or they will not let you return it. Also, they wont let you exchange them for a different brand of shoes, the brand of shoes you want to return you have to get the same exact same brand. That is very unfair, they can be very tricky into returning things.

When you go there to buy theyre very nice, but when you want to return something they are horribly rude and give an attitude and its just not fair.

The tiny petite girl wearing the gray shirt dont ask her to try on a pair of shoes because she will just look at you and say what. She brought the shoes but just handed them to me didnt say anything. I dont expect special treatment but we are customers. I told the other blonde bigger girl that she was very rude and she said well theres a doc marten store on the other end. So I went there. Dont bother coming here. All immature and a complete waste of time.

Very rude employees. Its almost as if its a bother for them to grab you a pair of shoes to try one. Nice store, its a shame that the customer service doesnt reflect the atmosphere
