        The lady at the window was really rude. When I went up for the clip board she ignored bc she was on phone. When my friend accidentally dropped His she jumped off the phone rolled Her eyes and yelled DID YOU REALLY JUST DO THAT? offered no help and was just rude! Me in pain got paper towels and cleaned it myself. Everyone else was amazing

        It was my first time there and I was attended to very quickly and very professionally. I'm glad I stopped in when I did. I actually didn't know that ER facility existed, it's hidden away but I was grateful that when I needed it, there it was in front of me.
