        Health by Design of San Antonio provides health care services for retired first responders and eligible dependents. As a retired first responder I took advantage of my health care plan and visited health by designs clinics. I am fortunate that I do not have any serious underlying health care issues. I have been visiting a GP regularly for over 25 years.I was not the least bit impressed with the level of service. Staff lost 8 years of my health care records. Staff disregard verbal Doctors orders, refusing to perform health care service to patients when a staff DR gives clear instructions to staff.Staff that are poorly informed, lack basic communication skills, when a patient makes a health care service related inquiry staff deflect, mis- represent and even lie to patients. Staff that are rude dismissive prone to yelling at patients and even hanging up on patients.I cannot stress strong enough just how poorly this group treats their patients.
