They deserve ZERO STARS, but I had to click one to post. I went in for a root touch up, highlights, and haircut at the Salon. My roots are brown and my highlights/lowlights are blonde. When she was done, my hair color was the color of Elsas hair from Frozen, with blotches of orange color near my ears. Not what I asked for at all. When she cut my hair, all she cut was the ends off the back of my head, never cut the front or sides or even asked about my long layers. When I told her that my hair was not what I wanted, I was told to come back later that day and they would try and fix it. I came back a few hours later and she added more toner.still not what I wanted. Was told if I still didnt like it, to come back the next day for more toner. I went back the next day to get more toner added to darken up my hair color and its still not what I went in for the first time. At this point, I have to wait a few weeks and see a new hairdresser to fix the problem. I spoke with the salon manager who said they would refund me my total of $240.00. A few days later, the salon manager called me back and informed me the store manager didnt approve the refund on my haircut so they will only be refunding me $210 not $240. After screwing up so badly, that I had to come back 2 more times, you figured they wouldve done the right thing and refunded the full amount. Not to mention, a haircut typically involves the front, back, and sidesnot just the ends of my hair on the back of my head. I have called the store manager, left a message, and still havent heard back from them. Filed a complaint with customer service at corporate, waiting on their response and it takes 3-5 business days.

We were doing some shopping and ended up in the fragrance section. Maria was polite and nice right away. When we asked a question she was helpful and let us know we can order the item we wanted as they were out of stock and could have it sent to us. We opted to just buy a bigger size right then and there. Since we made it a separate purchase from a gift card, Maria was amazing enough to help find us a coupon, told us we also had additional points due to the perfume purchase. My total went from$100 down to $58! Maria went out of her way to help me save some money!! Treat her well bosses, she has excellent customer service.
