Monica the older lady working at the customer service department is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I am beyond upset and I hate complaining but this needs to be addressed. I wanted to swap bikes because the first one was so bad. And instead I got a refund for which she refused to help me with. We paid for a new one and MONICA ran to the entrance with loss prevention to embarrass my husband and publicly HUMILIATE him. Falsely accusing a customer of stealing is the worst someone can do. You ran to him with no disregard of people around you. Im suing this place because i refuse to let this happen to us again. Walmart hire BETTER people. That lady is short of a disgrace. Im suing them defamation and public humiliation yall are seriously the worst.

Don't come here if you don't have to. The last time I was there I bought a TV and there was no TV in the box. After I realized the box was empty, the associate told me that TV was sold out and I couldn't return/exchange (the box) for 24 hours. My husband had to step in, and after 45 minutes, we finally got to exchange our box for a different TV.
