A team member needed help at guest service so she called a manager but no one responded for over 10 minutes. I understand understaffing but its terrible that there employees are not being supported.

I was harassed/profiled by an older male employee while trying to ring up a total of less than 20 items at self checkout. I felt very uncomfortable as they were next to me the entire time Im checking out and tried to accuse me of stealing while making other inappropriate comments. However the issue was quickly resolved within minutes when I asked another employee to get a manager and Brandie (?) (blonde hair with purple nails) swiftly came out and offered a really nice &fair gesture before she went over to talk to the employee. Ill shop here again but I dont feel comfortable being alone in the store

Last January 27th went to visit Exchanges and Returns at Target, located in: Village at Stone Oak, to return some stuff (water bottles and some cables) well Elianis, Nicole and Joseph, were very friendly and kind to help me out in receiving and checking back all my items. The return was so quick and I had a great experience at the return department at Target, thanks
