No illustrations of what inspections are, for instance, framing, they talk in their terms like we should know what they are saying. Electrical, plumbing get inspected and passes, they cover everything, inspector comes to finalize homeowners project, only to be told that EVERYTHING has to be opened/exposed for inspections. So frustrating when you call for another inspection and ask questions but they can't answer because they don't know!!! Talk about overpaid people there not able to give out comprehensive information.

Elias placed a Stop Work Order. Instead of providing a solution he just told me I will have to figure out how to get the permits on my own. That is poor customer service for someone who is trying to better their community and help the neighbors in that area, by taking an ugly torn down house, and improving it. This is a very pathetic way of conducting business.
