The Bank of San Antonio

Awful bank, closed my account with no warning and couldn't even give me a valid reason why they did it. Never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a bank. Definitely would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

I have banked with the Bank of San Antonio for over ten years, and have always found their customer service and online banking applications to be outstanding. With the lack of overdraft and ATM fees and the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, I truly could not be happier.

This literally the worst bank in the city....I have been with them for over a year and never had an overdraft, and Unfortunately i got robbed last week and the person used my card before I had a chance to cut if off and they are closing my account.  The first reason is because they said i had 5 debit cards since I been with them and I check and it was only 3 cards i had, and secondly I had my debit card skimmed a long time ago and there was only 1 or 2 small charges before i noticed since i had my card on me I did know that skimming was possible with out the card, and then I get robbed and they used the card for 4 or  5 small purchases which i was working with the police and the companies to get the charges reversed but the bank did not care to hear it they just said the money comes out of their end, even though on my own I got 2 of the charges reversed already, but they are completely heartless and dont  even care about their clients or what even happened to me, I feel like they are robbing me again.  No bank in my life has ever made me feel so bad they dont deserve to have business from anyone! Not to mention they claim to have FREE atms, which most is but not all but I never called and complained when they never gave me my money back from using certain atms.  Think twice about going here there are of lot of other banks out there that will not treat you like a criminal!

After much research on what bank to use for my small business The Bank of San Antonio was the best choice. After calling a head on what documents were required the process of creating an account was easy to do.
