      image Not happy, was given a quote for diagnostic for A/C then was called and they said I needed to pay more so they could take the A/C apart to se what was wrong. Then they said I needed a new system. I said no. When I got home I looked under the hood. Nothing had been touched. Place is a rip off I will not go back.

      Mr. Lamoureaux,I've personally reviewed the details of your visit with us and you are completely mistaken. Please review the digital inspection that we previously sent you showing the results of our A/C system diagnostic. The diagnostic included evacuating the freon from the system, opening up your A/C lines, and getting a cotton swab sample from the inside of your air conditioning lines. Please take a look at the photo showing oily metal shavings taken from inside your lines. This is an indication of catastrophic internal compressor damage, and it requires the replacement of your compressor, expansion valve, drier and condenser. It also requires a complete flush of your A/C system lines to remove all metal shavings so that they don't get back into your new compressor and ruin that one as well. We stand by our recommendation 100%, and if you have any questions, please review the details of your digital inspeciton and please contact me with any additional questions.Daniel
